摘要:

利用基于泛函的通用涡旋型线的几何理论,以涡旋型线压缩比和气体容积利用率为目标函数,得出基于泛函的通用涡旋型线收敛特性及型线形状变化规律。推得当级数项数k大于3时可得变壁厚涡旋型线,公转半径R、大盘直径D、型线圈数N与k值是影响变壁厚涡旋型线压缩性能的主要影响因素。通过建立收敛级数最佳的涡旋型线数学模型,利用基于MATLAB的遗传算法,优化得出在给定条件下的最佳目标值,并给出了最佳涡旋型线方程。

Abstract:

Using geometric theory of general scroll profile based on functional analysis, aiming at the compression ratio and volume utilization coefficient
as the objective function,the shape variation disciplinarian and convergent series of a
general scroll profile were obtained based on functional theory. The wall thickness of scroll profile is variable when series items k≥3. Revolution radius(R),
diameter tape(D),laps(N) and series items (k) are the main
 factors influening on the compression ratio. The scroll profile model of best
convergent series were established, using genetic algorithm based on MATLAB.The optimal goal value of the given conditions were obtained,and the best scroll profile equation
were presented.
