重型汽车变速器润滑系统热平衡仿真与实验

Simulation and Experiment on Heat Balance Process in Lubrication System of a Heavy-duty Automobile Transmission

摘要:

在分析重型汽车变速器内元件的产热量与传热过程的基础上,建立了基于AMEsim软件的某重型汽车变速器润滑系统热平衡仿真模型,完成了不同工况条件下润滑系统的热平衡仿真与直接挡空载条件下的试验验证。结果表明:变速器在高速小负荷和高速大负荷工况下工作时,润滑油液的平衡温度均远低于变速器能正常工作的极限温度;在1挡大负荷条件下运行时,润滑油液温度上升较快,在约30min时达到设计要求的最高温度;直接挡空载条件下润滑油平衡温度的仿真结果与实验测试结果较一致,相对误差小于2%。

Abstract:

On the basis of analyses on the power losses and the heat transfer in lubrication system of a heavy-duty automobile transmission,a heat balance simulation model for the lubrication system was established with the software AMEsim and then the simulations were completed under several operation conditions.In order to verify the simulation model, an experiment was conducted at no-load and in direct drive.
The results show that the balance temperature at high-speed and light-load or high-speed and high-load is much lower than the highest temperature at which the transmission can operate normally; the temperature of the lubricating oil goes up very quickly and reaches the limiting value in about 30 minutes at high load and in first gear; the simulation results of the balance temperature are coincide well with the experimental ones at no-load and in direct drive, and the relative error is less than 2%.
