摘要:

航天电连接器具有寿命长、可靠性高的特点,为解决其接触可靠性的快速评定问题,分析了航天电连接器的接触失效机理,建立了温度应力下的加速退化模型,提出了基于伪失效寿命的步进加速退化试验数据统计分析方法。对某型航天电连接器步进加速退化试验和试验数据进行了统计分析,结果表明,所提出的步进加速退化试验方法与基于失效数据的加速寿命试验相比,试验时间大为缩短。

Abstract:

In order to evaluate the contact reliability for aerospace electrical connector with high reliability and long life quickly,this paper analyzed the failure mechanism of aerospace electrical connector,then established the corresponding accelerated degradation model.On this basis,a step-up-stress accelerated degradation reliability
assessment algorithm based on pseudo-failure lifetime was proposed.Finally,the step-up-stress accelerated degradation testing for an aerospace electrical connector was completed.
The exprimental data shows that this method to achieve the reliability assessment is compared with the accelerated life test,step-up-stress accelerated degradation testing can decrease testing time.
