摘要:

以河狸的门牙作为仿生设计的模拟对象,利用逆向工程方法获得河狸门牙的几何形状的点云数据及三维曲面模型,并使用逆向工程软件进行曲面重构,获得河狸门牙的三维曲面。通过提取所建曲面上的特征线和一系列特征线上点的坐标,得出其拟合曲线方程,并在此基础上进行了特征分析,所获得的结果为切削刀具的几何参数及力学性能的优化提供了仿生设计的基础。

Abstract:

The paper was based on the bionic research of the incisor teeth of beaver.The point cloud of geometric shape and three dimentional curved surface model for the incisor teeth was obtained by reverse engineering(RE) technology.Its fittng equations were also gained by picking up the characteristic line of the built surfaces and the points’ coordinates.And then the analysis of its characteristics was carried out.All of those will supply the foundation of bionic design for the
optimization of the geometric shape and mechanics property of cutting tools.
