修正渐开线齿廓滚子链链轮设计及其动态特性研究

Study on Modified Involute Profile Roller Chain Sprocket and Its Dynamic Features

摘要:

通过对渐开线链轮齿廓的修正,导出了修正渐开线链轮齿廓方程的一般表达式。在发动机仿真计算软件中建立了汽油机的双顶置凸轮轴配气正时链传动系统的多体动力学仿真模型,实现了模型从低速到高速的动态仿真。比较使用GB1244-76链轮、DIN8196链轮和修正渐开线链轮的仿真结果发现:使用修正渐开线齿廓链轮,可有效减小啮入冲击及链条与传动部件间的摩擦力,降低噪声,提高链条与链轮的使用寿命。 

Abstract:

Through modifying the profile of an involute sprocket, the equation of modified involute sprocket profile was derived. A multi-body dynamic model of double overhead camshaft timing chain was constructed and the dynamic simulation ranging from low speed to high speed for the timing chain system was achieved. Comparing the simulation results of using GB1244-76 sprockets,DIN8196sprockets and modified involute sprockets, the results show that using the modified involute sprocket can reduce meshing impact and friction force between chain and transmission parts, so as to reduce the noise and lengthen the life of chain and sprockets.
