混合多模型产品中尺寸约束复杂性及其变型设计研究

Research on Dimension Constraint Complexity of Assembly Constituting of Multi-parts and Its Variant Design

摘要:

基于大规模定制生产对零件的分类,定义了不同类型零件的尺寸约束等级,并分析了对应的尺寸约束网络。提出了基于尺寸约束的零件变型设计复杂特性模型,比较了零件分类前后的变型设计复杂性。针对各类零件的资源特性,提出不同类型零件实施不同的变型设计策略,并通过构建零件变型设计模型、零件相似性判定以及变型设计复杂性动态分析等方法,实现了混合多模型产品的变型设计。最后通过实例对上述原理和方法进行了验证。结果表明:零件分类以后变型设计的复杂性增加,通过对不同类型零件实施不同的变型策略,有效推迟了部分零件的变型设计需求,提高了产品变型体中各类零件资源的重用水平。

Abstract:

Based on the classification of parts on the context of mass customization, the dimension constraint satisfaction priorities corresponding to different types of parts were defined, and dimension constraint network of parts was analyzed as well. Complexity of part variant design was formulated based on dimension constraint, and the complexity of part variant design was contrasted in the condition of before and after part classification. According to the resource characteristics of different types of parts, each type of parts should implement its own variant design strategy. Then the variant design of assembly constitution of multi-parts was realized through the construction of variant design master model, the similarity measure among parts, and the dynamic analysis of part variant design. Finally, a case study was given out to verify the methods and principles mentioned. The results show that the complexity of part variant design increases after part classification, and the variant design requirements of some parts are delayed because of different variant design strategies for different types of parts. And reuse level of all types of parts in assembly variant is increased in the end.
