摘要:

阐述了子结构静力凝聚的基本原理,从理论上分析了静力凝聚模态分析中误差产生的原因,并利用非线性矩阵摄动理论推导了模态频率误差公式。利用平板结构进行了多种主自由度选择方案的仿真对比分析,研究了主自由度数量和分布对计算误差的影响规律。研究结果表明,主自由度定义方式是子结构静力凝聚模态分析中计算误差的最大影响因素,主要包括主自由度分布和数量两个方面,其中对主自由度分布更敏感,这和理论分析的结论一致。

Abstract:

Firstly, the basic theory of static condensation substructure method was introduced, and the main effect factor for modal analysis was analyzed by theoretical method and the error equation was deduced by nonlinear matrix perturbation method. Then, a FEM analysis with multi-purpose evaluation choice of a plate-type structure was performed to discuss the influences of distribution and number of master DOF on errors. The results indicate that definition manner of master DOF is the main factor for computational errors, including distributions and number and the former is more sensitive than the latter. The simulation research results are agreement with theoretical analyses well.
