摘要:

为了在网络环境下构建有效的企业协同制造联盟,基于制造任务与制造资源之间的相互协调提出了协同制造链的概念;通过对制造任务参数的形式化描述和协同制造链优化过程的分析,建立了基于制造任务参数距离的优化模型。基于自适应遗传算法,以某金属制品公司一种产品的制造过程为例进行分析,计算过程说明该算法设计在寻优过程中优于逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS法),可有效扩大搜索区间。结果分析表明,从制造任务属性参数角度出发对协同制造链进行优化是可行的。

Abstract:

To construct an effective collaborative manufacturing alliance of enterprises under network environment, a conception of CMC was presented.Through analyzing the formal description of the manufacturing task parameters and the optimization construction process of CMC,an optimization model based on the distance of the manufacturing task parameters was founded. Based on the adaptive genetic algorithm,
a case calculation was conducted with the manufacturing process of a metal product enterprise. The calculation analysis indicates that it is better than that of the TOPSIS approach in extending the effective search interval. The results show that it is feasible to optimize the CMC from the manufacturing task parameters.
