汽车座椅水平驱动器打点噪声识别分析

摘要:

由于零件加工、装配误差及齿面上有磕碰或毛刺等原因,导致汽车座椅水平驱动器在汽车座椅运行过程中产生异常打点噪声。通过分析人耳对声音频段的感觉,结合水平驱动器打点噪声听觉特点,对有打点噪声和无打点噪声的水平驱动器声信号进行了1/3倍频程带通滤波对比分析和Gabor时频分析,结果表明,对频率大于12kHz的水平驱动器声信号进行声信号处理,能够有效识别出水平驱动器的打点噪声,避免了在人耳比较敏感频段(3~8kHz)处理打点噪声时,其他能量比较高的声信号对打点噪声提取造成的干扰。研究结果为汽车座椅水平驱动器打点噪声信号的自动识别提供了相应的识别方法。

Abstract:

As there are the collision and burr on tooth surface during the manufacturing and assembling of horizontal driving machine(HDM) in automobile seats,the exceptional knocking noise is generated during automobile seat running. The returned HDM causes huge economic losses of manufacturer.The knocking noise of HDM can be effectively identified beyond 12kHz by analyzing sound frequency band of ear feeling,
knocking noise characteristics of HDM,and 1/3 octave filtering and Gabor time-frequency analysis of HDM sound signals.The methods can avoid interference of high-energy signals from 3kHz to 8kHz on knocking noise of HDM.The conclusion provides a automatic
