Analysis of Special Two-phase Flow Coupling Field in Vertical Roller Mill Based on RSM

摘要:

为了研究HRM4800立式辊磨磨腔内部粉体输运过程,采用Mixture多相流模型和雷诺应力方程涡黏模型对磨腔模型的典型气固输运耦合区进行了数值模拟分析。分析结果表明:受到磨辊和磨盘旋转的影响,磨腔粉体输运流场具有较强的三维旋转两相流特性,粉体与气体两相流流场呈现局部不对称性和十分活跃的湍流脉动;磨盘与磨辊交互影响区流场存在剧烈的湍涡现象,进一步揭示了流场边界对湍流运动的影响情况;受到磨盘与磨腔壁面交互区域空间减小的影响,磨盘与磨腔交互区的纵向高位区形成了高速流场,有利于粉体输运;整个流场呈现近壁面湍流平均速度线性变化的壁面律特点。

Abstract:

Mixture multiphase flow model and the Reynolds stress equation eddy viscosity model (RSM) of the chamber were used to simulate numerically internal special multiphase flow of HRM4800 chamber to analyze the powder transportation. The results show that under influence of the rotation of table and rollers, there is special three dimensional rotation flow field in the powder transportation and visible turbulent flow in the chamber. The gas-solid turbulent multiphase flow field has active local asymmetry and the turbulent pulsation. Especially,there are visible turbulent eddies in the flow field between table and rollers. It indicates the relation between flow boundary and turbulence. The high-speed flow flied is formed in the reduction flow field between table and chamber and profits the powder transportation. In the special flow field there is wall turbulent flow which has linear average velocity characteristics consistent with the legal theory of wall turbulence.
