摘要:

通过分析多条位于不同地域的整车混流装配线,建立了以制造成本最低和负荷均衡为目标的订单分配模型,设计了三组反映生产旺季、淡季、正常季的订单数据,并且应用禁忌—递阶遗传算法进行求解,获得了一组非劣解集,最终证明了所提出的模型和算法的有效性。

Abstract:

Through the analyses of the mixed-model assembly lines located
 in different regions,this paper established the lowest cost to manufacture and load balanced allocation model for the target orders,and designed three sets of orders to reflect selling season, off-season and regular season orders. Besides this paper used
 tabu-hierarchy genetic algorithm to solve the problems, and eventually gain a set of
 Pareto,which indicates effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
