摘要:

采用损伤力学理论,研究了P355NL1钢含沟槽轴对称试件在交变载荷作用下的疲劳损伤破坏过程。基于应变等效假设的疲劳损伤耦合理论和求解损伤力学问题的附加载荷有限元法,结合生死单元技术,以循环次数划分步长,建立了一种损伤力学-附加载荷-有限元法计算格式。利用ANSYS的二次开发工具APDL语言,对钢标准件的损伤破坏过程进行数值模拟计算,在得到疲劳寿命的同时,给出了不同循环次数下裂纹的扩展路径。并通过试验对计算结果进行了对比验证。

Abstract:

Based on the continuum damage mechanics, the fatigue damage behavior of a P355NL1 steel specimen with notch under cyclic load was discussed. A damage mechanics-additional load-finite element method was constructed by two ways, one was the fatigue damage coupling theory of strain equivalence, the other was the additional load method of damage mechanics, whose steps were measured by the length of cycle-index with a combining ekill technique. A subroutine to calculate damage and predict fatigue life on ANSYS platform was developed by APDL of ANSYS, the initiation and growth of cracks were simulated by damage developing, the crack propagation paths were given under the different cycles as long as the fatigue life has been obtained. At last, the comparison between fatigue test and calculation results indicates that this method is right, feasible and of high accuracy.
