共因失效系统高阶风险预测的Copula方法

摘要:

在冗余结构系统共因失效分析中引入Copula函数,探讨利用Copula函数实现系统风险的概率建模。以元件安全裕度为分析变量,阐述元件共因失效的发生及作用机理;针对系统低阶共因失效数据已知而其他概率信息未知的条件,提出基于阿基米德混合Copula函数的共因失效系统高阶风险概率预测的理论模型与适用方法。算例验证了所提出模型的合理性与可行性。Copula建模理论与方法可为失效相关的复杂系统可靠性分析提供新途径。

Abstract:

Copulas were introduced for CCF analysis in redundant systems and Copula-based modeling methods for system risk probability was discussed. The safety margins of components were chosen as the analytic variables and the typical mechanism of CCF was brought to light. Considering the fact that only low multiplicity failures data being known, a practical method for high multiplicity CCF probability prediction based on mixed Archimedean Copulas was put forward. An example was given to verify the new model and method, in which a redundant system consisting of identical valves was studied successfully. Copula-based modeling methods can give a new path for reliability analysis of complex systems with failure dependence.
