摘要:

介绍一种适用于长度为300m、跨度为50m的起重机轨道参数的测量方法。该方法利用准直激光作为直线基准,携带PSD光斑位置测量装置的小车行走于轨道上并根据激光光斑位置确定轨道测量点的偏差参数。为解决大跨度轨道测量的难点,提出两根轨道分别测量然后重构到同一个坐标系中的方法。计算仿真的结果表明其原理误差为10nm数量级,完全符合大长度、大跨度轨道的测量要求。

Abstract:

A new measuring method for crane rails which is 300 meters long and 50 meters span was presented. The measuring method used collimated laser beams as datum lines. A car carrying position sensitive detector(PSD) walked along rail and the parameters of the rail were obtained according to the spot position on PSD. In order to figure out the difficulties in measuring large-span rails, the measuring process for parameters of the two rails were developed separately and then the two groups of the results were transformed into one coordinate system. The results of computer simulation show that the order of magnitude of principle error is 10nm, which proves that the method can fully meet the requirements of measuring large-length and large-span rails.
