摘要:

选用Ni-Cr合金钎料,采用高频感应加热的方法实现了金刚石与钎料间的连接。扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析结果表明:钎焊过程中钎料中的活性元素Cr向金刚石表面扩散富集,生成了层片状碳化物
Cr3C2。研究了金刚石感应钎焊工艺参数对钎焊质量的影响,并通过石材磨削试验确定了优化的感应钎焊工艺。

Abstract:

Bonding between diamond and filler metal was realized by high frequency induction brazing using Ni-based brazing filler.The brazed diamond specimens were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersion spectrometer(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD),results show that active element Cr diffusion and enrichment on diamond surface and form carbide Cr3C2,which distributed as flake on
the diamond surface.The effects of brazing processing parameters on brazing quality
were discussed,and optimized processing parameters were recommended for high frequency
induction brazing of diamond with Ni-base brazing filler through grinding experiments of stone.
