摘要:

通过研究螺栓连接受载时结合面处的微观运动特点,介绍了一种分布式参数模型,考虑到螺栓连接结合面压力分布函数为一曲面积分,修正了螺栓连接所受载荷幅值与能量损耗之间的数学关系。利用ABAQUS建立仿真模型,仿真结果与计算结果的对比验证了该数学关系的正确性,最后将该结论应用于伊万模型的参数识别,为进一步研究其他类型结合面的建模与参数识别打下基础。

Abstract:

This paper studied the micro motion of bolt joint under cycle load, introduced a distribution parameter model, considering that the function of pressure distribution of bolt joint is a curved face integral, and the relationship between energy dissipation and magnitude of loading was idetified. Then ABAQUS simulation results were compared to the experimental ones in order to verify the correctness of this model.At last they were applied to parameter identification of the Iwan model, makeing a foundation for further study of other type interface’s model building and parameter identification.
