摘要:

同时考虑测量算法的精度和效率,给出了一种性能表现较好的微运动测量方法。在设计该微运动测量方法时,根据算法的偏差-时间性能评估方法,通过选取合适的算法参数,找到一种精度和效率性能表现较好的微运动测量方法。实验模拟表明,提出的方法性能表现较好,用于测量大约2个像素的MEMS图像时,最大测量偏差小于0.025个像素。

Abstract:

A micro-motion measurement method having good performance was proposed herein considering accuracy as well as efficiency. According to the bias-time performance evaluation approach, a micro-motion measurement method can be found by choosing the suitable parameters of this algorithm. Such an approach can offer good performance in accuracy and efficiency. Experimental simulations show that the proposed micro-motion measurement method performs well in efficiency, and the maximal measurement bias reaches 0.025 pixels for the motions near 2 pixels for MEMS images.
