Abstract:

 Based on the thermodynamics research, which was conducted in the temperature range 850~1200℃ and the strain rate 0.01~1s-1, the flow stress curves of low-pressure rotor steel 30Cr2Ni4MoV under the common production conditions of heavy forging was investigated. Then the critical conditions of dynamic recrystallization and the microstructure were studied, and the dynamic recrystallization model of 30Cr2Ni4MoV was established, from which the optimized range of forging parameters was suggested with the order of refining the grain by dynamic recrystallization.
