精密滚珠丝杠副摩擦力矩波动的分析与测试

Analysis and Test of Fluctuating Friction Torque in High-precision Ball Screw

摘要:

根据Hertz接触理论关于点接触模型的描述,对滚珠丝杠的摩擦力矩进行了分析推导,研究了滚珠进出滚道的摩擦力作用方式对丝杠摩擦力矩的影响,分析结果表明:滚珠进出滚道时摩擦力的改变是摩擦力矩波动的主要原因,滚珠丝杠预紧力对滚珠接触力的影响是摩擦力矩波动的决定性因素。试验测试表明:丝杠摩擦力矩与丝杠转速成正比,摩擦力矩波动的频率与滚珠进出滚道的频率一致,说明了所提出分析方法及理论的正确性。

Abstract:

A theory to analyse the friction torque on ball screw based on friction acting style of ball rolling into and out of groove was firstly brought forward according to the derivation of friction torque on ball screw based on the Hertz contact theory on the point contact model.Then ball rolling into and out of groove was coincided to be as the main reason of friction torque fluctuating and preload was the key determinant factor.The test results indicate that friction torque is proportional to rotational speed and volatility frequency is consistent with the frequency of ball rolling into and out of groove,which proves the analytical methods and the theory is correct.
