摘要:

以重型车辆电控机械式自动变速器(permanent magent synchronous motor,AMT)样机开发为应用背景,基于MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow/RTW与dSPACE软硬件系统,开发了重型车辆AMT硬件在环仿真试验系统。利用该系统实时验证组合型两参数换挡控制策略,并进行了平路起步、坡道起步以及连续加、减挡AMT样车道路试验。结果表明:所开发的硬件在环仿真系统能快速、
有效地验证重型车辆AMT控制策略,正确评估其综合性能,为重型车辆AMT控制器的开发提供了很好的系统测试平台。

Abstract:

Taking heavy vehicle with AMT prototype development as application background,a HILS test system for heavy vehicle with AMT was developed, based on MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow/RTW and dSPACE hardware and software system. By using the HILS system, the integrated two-parameter shift schedule was tested in real-time
and proved, and then AMT sample vehicle road test of starting on level road,starting on ramp and continuously upshifting and downshifting were carried out. The results show that the HILS test system can verify AMT shift schedule quickly and effectively,appraise overall performance correctly,and also provides a good system test and simulation platform for the development of control unit for heavy vehicle.
