摘要:

为合理地分配机床刚度或确定部件刚度的优化目标,提出一种在设计阶段识别机床各部件变形敏感性的方法。首先结合多体系统理论和齐次坐标变换建立目标机床的误差模型;然后依次假设每个部件分别产生6个自由度的单位变形,利用上述误差模型分别计算出它们在最终执行部件上的作用量值和方向,比较计算结果,即可掌握各个部件刚度对机床输出精度的影响程度。

Abstract:

To distribute the stiffness on a machine tool reasonably or find out the
optimization target of component stiffness,a way was proposed to identify the distortion sensitivity of the machine component during design.The first work was to build an error model of target machine tool by combining the multi-body system theory and homogeneous coordinate transform.Then,it was supposed that each component produced respectively the unit distortion of six freedoms,and their action value and direction on final execution component were calculated with aforesaid error model.To compare these results, the
influence degree of each component stiffness on the final export precision will be realized. 
