摘要:

采用外圆磨削方式对40Cr钢进行磨削表面强化试验,并采用对试样进行金相组织观察和表面硬度测量的方法,验证该技术的可行性和效果。随后用ANSYS对磨削温度场进行了有限元仿真,得到磨削过程中温度场的分布状况以及温度随时间变化的情况。硬化深度的仿真结果与试验结果非常接近,表明在不具备试验条件的情况下,可以用仿真代替试验进行研究和预测。

Abstract:

The grind-hardening experiments of 40Cr steel were taken on the external grinder, and the metallurgical structure and microhardness of the samples were measured and analyzed, which was expected to show the feasibility and effectiveness of this new technology. Though finite element analysis using software ANSYS with a new compound heat source model, the temperature field and its changes were simulated and analyzed, and the hardness depth was predicted and verified. The simulation results indicate that it is possible to take the place of experiments when the conditions are not qualified.
