摘要:

详细分析了由双40英尺集装箱岸桥、低架桥分配系统和轨道式集装箱起重机(RMG)构成的一种自动化集装箱码头新型装卸工艺,定义了该工艺关键设备的事件信息,基于事件驱动和虚拟现实技术构建了其装卸工艺仿真系统,对集装箱装卸工艺进行了仿真。重点分析了该新型工艺系统下岸桥和低架桥的装卸作业特性,并计算了该工艺方案关键设备的作业效率。仿真结果表明,新装卸工艺的自动化集装箱码头相对于传统集装箱码头具有较高的装卸效率。

Abstract:

A new container terminal loading and unloading technology,
composed of double-40-foot quay cranes,a low bridge allocation system and rail-mounted gantry cranes(RMG),was analyzed in detail.The events of key equipment were defined.A loading and unloading process simulation system was developed based on event-driven and virtual reality technology.The analyses were focused on the characteristics of quay cranes and the low bridge allocation system under the new technology,and the equipment operating efficiency was calculated through the simulation.The simulation results show that comparing with traditional container terminal,the automated container terminal with the new technology has higher operation efficiency.
