摘要: 在分析230系列大功率两冲程柴油机气缸套的结构特点和应用优势的基础上,探讨了加工该缸套的工艺路线并分析了工艺难点。研究了缸套毛坯铸造、缸套本体与水套钎焊、内孔激光淬火强化处理以及异形内孔珩磨等关键工艺技术并进行了试验验证。基于以上研究完成了230型气缸套的国产化研制并进行了批量装机应用,应用效果表明该气缸套服役性能良好。

Abstract: The processing route of machining the cylinder liners was discussed and the technical difficulties were analyzed, based on the analyses of structural features and application advantages of cylinder liners for 230 series high-power two-stroke diesel engines. The key technologies such as cylinder liner blank casting, brazing of cylinder liner body and water jacket, internal hole laser quenching strengthening treatment and honing of non-circular hole were studied and verified. Based on these studies, the domestic development of the 230 series cylinder liners was successfully realized. The products are put into production in lots and the application effectivenesses are very good.
