非稳态云制造服务过程资源异常管理方法

Resource Abnormal Management Method of Unsteady Processes of Cloud Manufacturing Services

摘要: 为降低云制造服务过程中由于云制造资源动态变化导致的服务不确定性,构建了非稳态云制造服务过程管理框架,定义了云制造服务与云制造资源之间的关联约束关系,对云制造资源异常事件进行分类定义并建立了单源、多源制造资源异常事件的传播算法与响应机制,开发了非稳态云制造服务过程管控原型系统。在某钢琴制造企业样机试制云服务过程中进行了原型验证应用,结果表明,所提方法能够对影响服务时效的资源异常事件及时作出响应,具有较好的可行性。

Abstract: To reduce the uncertainty caused by dynamic changes of cloud manufacturing resources in cloud manufacturing service processes,a management framework of unsteady cloud manufacturing service processes was constructed,and the associated and constrained relationships of cloud manufacturing services and cloud manufacturing resources were defined.Then classified definitions for abnormalities of manufacturing resources were presented,a response mechanism and a propagation algorithm for monophyletic and multiple abnormalities of manufacturing resources were built, and a prototype system was developed for management and control of the unsteady cloud manufacturing service processes.And finally, the method herein was verified in the cloud service processes of prototype trial in a piano manufacturing company.Results show that the proposed method may respond to the abnormal events of resources that affect the service time in a timely manner, and has a good feasibility.
