Analysis of Ellipse and Similar Ellipse Tooth Profile Modification Scheme of Rotor Oil Pump

摘要: 针对当前椭圆齿廓转子机油泵存在的不足,设计了一种新型类椭圆齿廓转子,包括相互啮合的内转子和外转子。同时对椭圆和类椭圆修形后的机油泵进行了流量性能、液力矩以及多体动力学对比分析。应用类椭圆转子的机油泵可在不改变原有泵体设计的基础上进行改型,以减少改型的费用,同时在提高机油泵低速时流量的基础上,减小了内转子上由油液产生的扭矩,从而提高了转子泵的流量性能,降低了磨损并节省能源。

Abstract: A new kind of similar elliptic rotor tooth profile was designed to solve the problems of current oil pumps with elliptical profile rotor, including the inner rotor and outer rotor meshing with each other. At the same time, the flow performance analysis, liquid moment analysis and multibody dynamics analysis were compared with elliptic profile and similar elliptic profile. Applications of oil pump with similar elliptical may reduce the costs of modifications without changing the original design of the pump bodies. It also may reduce torques generated by oil on inner rotors on the basis of improving the oil pump flows at low speeds. The similar elliptic profile improves the rotor pump flow performance and reduces abrasion and saves energy.
