摘要: 针对工艺演化过程中工艺信息的动态性、多样性及关联性,以工艺过程为载体,构建了工艺信息的一体化表达模型。首先建立了一种喷泉式的工艺演化模型,从宏观上论述了工艺演化模式及演化关系。通过演化过程信息形态及关联分析,提出一种基于工艺过程的建模方法。该方法采用“标签-对象”的映射方式,将资源、经验知识、管理信息“标注”在工艺过程上面,建立了各类信息与工艺过程的可扩展性关联。最后以实例说明了所提出方法在信息建模及原型系统开发中的应用。

Abstract: Process informations used and produced during the process evolution were dynamic, diversified and interrelated. An integrated model of process information was constructed by taking the process as a carrier. Firstly, a fountain-type model of the process evolution was designed to discuss different evolutionary modes of the process and their evolutionary relationships on macro-level. A process-based modeling method was presented by analyzing the forms and relevance of process evolutionary informations. In this method, resources, experiential knowledges and management informations were marked on the process planning using a “Tag-Object” mapping mode, in order to build the extensible associations between the process and other kinds of information. Finally, a process information example was given to illustrate the applications of the proposed method in information modeling and prototype system development.
