软性材料裁床生态系统服务方法研究

摘要:

针对国内裁床制造企业发展遇到的现实问题和需求变化,结合产业生态系统、制造企业服务创新和知识管理理论,在研究软性材料切割制造业需求的基础上,提出软性材料裁床生态系统的概念,构建了裁床行业产业链模型,研究了裁床制造企业的知识构成,并分析其可行性。基于软性材料裁床生态系统,提出了软性材料裁床生态系统服务新模式,即面向软性材料裁床的产品服务和基于软性材料裁剪工艺的多价值链服务。

Abstract:

In response to the real problems and changes in demands for the development of domestic cutter manufacturer, combining the theory of industrial ecosystem, manufacturers service innovation and knowledge management, considering the needs of soft material cutting manufacturing industry, the concept of the ecosystem of soft material cutter (ESMC) was proposed, the industrial chain model of the cutter industry was given, the knowledge structure of the cutter manufacturer was studied, also the feasibility was analyzed. Through further research, the service methods for the ESMC were put forward, that is, the sub-ecosystem of product services of the ESMC and the sub-ecosystem of multi-value chain services of the ESMC, so as to promote the prosperity and development of the industrial ecosystem.
