摘要:

针对产品性能设计中的多性能优化冲突问题,提出了一种基于可拓变换的产品性能冲突传导协调方法。利用可拓设计方法量化产品性能需求及形式化建模描述,构建多性能检索机制,确定待优化性能;在此基础上给出触发性能及其与产品结构量化映射机理,输出触发性能满足方案;结合传导协调方法,建立产品性能之间的动态传导关系,形成产品性能设计创新方案。最后以大型螺杆空压机为例,验证了该方法的可行性及有效性。

Abstract:

In order to deal with conflict problem of performance optimization in product performance design process, a conduction cooperation method for product performance conflicts was put forward based on extension transformation. Product performance requirements were quantitated and formalized by using the method of extension design, and retrieval mechanism of performance was built for determining the optimal performance. The quantitative mapping mechanism between activity performance and its related product structure was given based on the process. The meeting plan of activity performance was output. Combining the conducting coordination method, the dynamic conduction relationship among the product performance was established. The innovation scheme of product performance design was formated. Finally, screw compressor was taken as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness for the method.
