摘要:

为提高新型锯丝冷绕成形的精度,对内外线径的关系进行了研究。通过分析锯丝成形时所受载荷及弹塑性变形,建立了拉伸弯曲组合的力学模型,从而得出了轴向力影响下弯矩与弯曲半径之间的数学关系。利用纯弯下的M-k曲线,采用用特征点切线表征塑性段曲线的方法确定了回弹弯矩和回弹曲率,推导出了内外线径的理论计算公式,并以锯丝的冷绕成形实验验证了公式的可靠性。从材料和工艺方面提出了回弹控制措施,对新型锯丝的生产具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

In order to improve the formation precision of a new sawing wire, the relevance to diameter of interior wire and exterior wire was studied. And the loads and elastoplastic deformation during cold coiling were analyzed to set up the mechanical model of stretch-bending deformation to obtain the mathematical relation between moment and coiling radius under axial force. Then the resilient moment and resilient curvature were determined by constructing the tangents of the feature points which can characterize the plastic curve in the pure bending M-k curve. After the formulas for calculating the diameter of interior and exterior ones being deduced, the reliability of the applied formulas were verified by a cold coiling experiment and relevant measures on materials and processes to control resilience were put forward. It is helpful to the practical sawing wire production.
