兼顾动力性与经济性的纯电动汽车AMT综合换挡策略

Pure Electric Vehicle AMT Comprehensive Shift Strategy Considering Dynamics and Economic Performances

摘要:

以纯电动汽车两挡电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)为研究对象,对动力性与经济性换挡的差异进行了研究,结果表明:动力性与经济性换挡规律在低负荷区与高负荷区差别较大,中等负荷区差别相对较小;动力性与经济性换挡的ECE能耗在中低负荷区域差距较明显,中高负荷区域差距较小;动力性与经济性换挡的0~50km/h加速性能差距较明显, 50~80km/h加速性能差距较小。在此结论的基础上,提出了一种兼顾动力性与经济性的综合换挡策略。仿真结果表明,综合换挡规律既具有动力性换挡规律的动力性,又具有接近经济性换挡规律的经济性。

Abstract:

This paper took two-speed automated mechanical transmission(AMT) of a pure electric vehicle as the research object, studied the differences between power and economic shifts.Some conclusions are obtained: 1)the difference of shift schedule is obvious at low load and high load, not obvious at medium load;
2)the difference of ECE energy consumption is obvious at low load, not obvious at high load;
3)the difference of 0~50km/h accelerating ability is obvious, the difference of 50~80km/h accelerating ability is not obvious. On the basisof above, a kind of comprehensive shift strategy was put forward considering dynamics performance and economic performance. Simulation results show that the comprehensive shift schedule has dynamics performance as power shift schedule, and has economic performance as economic shift schedule.
