摘要:

针对武器系统效能评估中技战术指标众多且量纲繁杂、专家打分存在不确定性等问题,综合运用效用函数和三角模糊数层次分析法等理论,提出了一种武器系统效能评估新方法。建立了武器系统效能评估的递阶层次结构模型与数学模型,提出了指标层效能量化方法和系统效能权重计算方法,并给出了武器系统效能评估过程的UML序列图。最后,以某型鱼雷为例对其打击效能进行了综合评估。

Abstract:

In order to deal with the problems such as performance index in large and expert scoring uncertainty during the effectiveness assessment of weapon system, a novel effectiveness assessment method was proposed herein using the utility function and triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. First of all, the hierarchical structure model and its mathematical model of weapon system effectiveness assessment were built. Furthermore, a quantitative method used in performance index layer and a computational method of system comprehensive weight was proposed respectively. Meanwhile, the whole process to assess weapon system effectiveness was described using unified modeling language(UML) sequence diagram. Finally, a case study on torpedo was implemented.
