摘要:

针对新产品开发中顾客非结构化需求转换的难点和热点,结合自然语言处理和心理学投射等技术,利用自然语言词语语义相似度技术实现非结构化需求聚类,通过自由联想进行非结构化需求心理隐喻引出,并借助于格式塔逻辑系统方法将非结构化需求映射到产品技术特性上,从而实现顾客非结构化需求的挖掘和转换。最后通过一个实例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:

Aim to solve the transform difficulties in unstructured requirements,by combing the natural language processing and psychological projection techniques,using natural language semantics similarity to cluster the unstructured requirements and the Gestalt logic system to map them to product technical traits,so the mining analysis and transformation of the unstructured requirements were actualized.The experimental results display the validity of the method.
