摘要:

制造车间中存在的大量不确定性因素(如设备状态变化、人员变动和紧急插单等)导致车间物料流瓶颈频繁漂移,使得产品生产批量和提前期设置难以适应实时工况,为此,在物料流漂移瓶颈研究基础上,提出了产品批量和提前期的设定方法。利用瓶颈指数和瓶颈漂移指数表征实时变化的制造单元成为瓶颈的能力;采用排队论方法,并以最小化非增值加工时间和相邻制造单元加工速率差异为目标,计算出适应实时工况的最优生产批量和提前期;最后,通过对某一制造车间内瓶颈工序生产批量和提前期的计算,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:

In manufacturing shops,there are a lot of uncertain factors,such as the changes of machine/worker status and emergency order,which will cause logistics bottleneck frequent shifts,so the planned
production lot-size and lead time are hard to satisfy the real-time production conditions.
Aiming at this problem,based on the research of the logistics shifting bottleneck,a method of seting the lot-size and lead time was proposed.Using bottleneck index and bottleneck shifting index to measure the capability of the production unit becoming the bottleneck and introducing queuing theory,the optimum lot-size and lead time can be determined to minimize the non-value-added process time and the difference of the production speeds of the adjacent units.Finally,an example of calculating the production lot-size and lead time in one shop was given to prove the validation and practicability of the method.
