摘要:

提出一种基于静力平衡原理的三维均质实体无损测量方法,测量方法根据杠杆平衡系统中力的变化间接实现无损分层测量,以杠杆平衡系统中力与力矩平衡和其与实体重量的关系为基础,通过按一定方向越过支点微小位移,测量杠杆平衡系统中实体每个不同位置的受力变化大小,求解被测实体各片层的质量和相应片层的重心坐标值,建立各片层质量和所含微小单元体的方程组及重心坐标方程组。然后通过智能计算求解方程组,获得各单元体的质量和空间坐标值,进而对获得的点云数据进行图像重构。重点论述了基于静力平衡原理的三维均质实体无损测量方法的测量原理、组成和其数学模型的建立及其求解分析。

Abstract:

A new method of 3D measurement for homogeneous entity was presented, which was based on the static balance principle; the measurement method realized the nondestructive and delaminated measurement indirectly through the force change in a lever balanced system. On the basis of the relation of the entity weight and the balances of the forces and the moments, after the entity moved the minute distance through the fulcrum according to a certain direction, the forces of the different position were measured in the lever balanced system. The every layer mass of the entity and the coordinate values of the corresponding layer were calculated. Combined the equations of every layer masses and the equations of the center of gravity, the 3D coordinate values of every minute entity cell in different layers can be reckoned by computer. By inputting the 3D coordinate values into the related CAD software system, a 3D model could be obtained. The measurement principles, the composition and the mathematical model establishment and its solution analysis were introduced in details to the 3D measurement method for homogeneous entity based on the static balance principles. 
