Abstract:

Product assembly process model illuminating product assembly is the base of assembly simulation and assembly assessment, and assembly process model based ordinal assembly task link can not describe hierarchical structure and parallelism of assembly task. The development situation of assembly process modeling was investigated simply, and a product hierarchy information model was established, and its implementation method was illuminated, and the detailed description of assemlby tasks was analyzed. According to hierarchical relation of assembly tasks, assembly process modeling method was achieved based on ATCLHS (assembly task collection link based hierarchical structure). Storage method and access method of ATCLHS was established based on nested table. An example of assembly process model based on assembly task collection was illuminated by ATCLHS.
