摘要:

为解决产品配置中客户需求信息的模糊性、不规范性等问题,提出了基于灰色粗糙集模型的客户需求分析技术。该方法建立在产品配置参数表的基础上,通过产品配置参数映射来获取全面的客户需求信息。利用灰色粗糙集关联算法来量化客户需求的信息内容,实现客户需求与配置参数表的映射关系,客观有效地获取并转换了客户需求,提高了产品配置效率,并通过实例说明该方法的可行性。

Abstract:

To solve the problems of fuzziness, non-normative of CN information in product configuration, a analysis technology of CN based on grey rough set model was presented, which was based on product configuration parameter tables. The CN information was analyzed, and mapped to a product configuration parameter table with GRA algorithm. The GRA algorithm was adopted to acquire and transform CN information effectively and the efficiency of product configuration is promoted.
