新型内齿式双定子直线振荡电机

Novel Inner-teeth Type Linear Oscillatory Motor with Two Divided Stators

摘要:

普通双定子直线振荡电机定子间隔处存在较大漏磁,降低了永磁体的利用率。为减小电机漏磁,设计了一种新型的内齿式双定子直线振荡电机。介绍了该新型电机的基本结构,推导出了电机电磁推力的解析公式,并通过准二维参数化有限元分析验证了其正确性;在此基础上,进一步分析了电机的气隙磁场分布,计算了不同电流和位置下的电磁推力;最后分析了该新型直线振荡电机的机械振动特性。通过与普通双定子直线振荡电机进行对比发现:内齿式双定子直线振荡电机在双定子间隔处的漏磁明显减小;在满足同一有效行程条件下,永磁体的轴向长度减小了约17%。对比结果证明了该设计的有效性。

Abstract:

High magnetic flux leakage between two divided stators leads to low
utilization ratio of permanent magnet(PM) of a conventional linear oscillatory motor(LOM) with two divided stators. In order to decrease the magnetic flux leakage of a motor, a
novel inner-teeth type LOM with two divided stators was designed. Firstly, the construction and working principles of the motor were introduced, the analytical expressions of electromagnetic force were derived, and the quasi-2D parametric finite element model of the motor was built to verify the correctness of the expressions. Then, based on the finite element model, the air-gap magnetic flux distribution of the LOM was analyzed, and the electromagnetic force and flux linkage under different winding current and mover displacement were calculated precisely. Finally, the vibration characteristics of the LOM was investigated. Compared with the LOM without inner-teeth, the magnetic flux leakage between the two divided stators of inner-teeth type LOM reduces obviously, and the axial length of PM decreases about 17%. The comparison results verify the validation of inner-teeth type LOM.
