摘要:

为了开发具有良好绿色性能和经济性能的绿色产品,使客户需求在向工程参数转化的过程中能够综合考虑绿色性能的改进和功能技术需求约束的影响,提出了基于数据包络分析和灰色关联分析方法的绿色客户需求工程参数转化方法。对传统质量屋进行改造,以绿色性能和功能技术需求关系矩阵代替技术竞争性矩阵,以功能技术需求约束和功能技术需求关系矩阵代替自相关矩阵。针对质量屋中信息模糊性的特点,采用模糊数学方法处理质量屋中的信息。利用数据包络分析方法,以功能技术需求为决策单元建立了改进质量屋的数据包络分析模型,以分析决策单元的相对有效性。在此基础上,通过灰色关联分析方法对影响功能技术需求决策单元技术效率的因素进行敏感性分析,确定功能技术需求的改进方向。通过在某洗碗机制造企业的实践,验证了该方法的合理性。

Abstract:

In order to develop green products with good green performance and economic performance, the green performance and the constraints of function technical requirements were integrated into the transformation process from the customers’ requirements to the technical parameters.A method based on DEA and gray connection analysis (GCA) was presented. Through substituting the technical competitive analysis matrix with the relationship matrix between function technique and green performance, substituting the correlation matrix with the relationship matrix between function technique and the constraint of function technique, the structure of conventional house of quality (HOQ) was modified. The information fuzziness in HOQ was solved by using fuzzy mathematics. Then, the DEA model of modified HOQ were proposed to analyze the relative effectiveness of function technique requirements’ decision making units (DMU). Based on these, the direction of function technique needed to improve was determined through the sensitivity analysis used to analyze the key factors of DMU influencing technical efficiency based on GCA. Finally, the method was proved to be valid and meaningful through its applications in a dishwasher manufacturing enterprise of Guangzhou.
