摘要:

首先建立了多项目环境下资源分配问题的数学模型,将资源匹配关系分为粗匹配和细匹配;进而提出了开发能力需求分析(development capacity requirements analyzing, DCRA)方法,用于分析各时段资源需求的可行性,并建立了基于DCRA的资源动态分配模型;为了适应多时段、多类型的资源细匹配需求,以“保证项目进度”和“平衡资源负荷”为目标,提出了一种改进遗传算法。最后结合实例验证了模型及方法的有效性。

Abstract:

A mathematical model of resource allocating among multi-projects was built, the matching relationship was divided into rough matching and detailed matching. Next, for analyzing the feasibility of resources demand in every period, a DCRA method was presented, and the dynamic resource allocating model based on DCRA was established. In addition, a improved genetic algorithm was brought forward, to optimize the detailed matching relationship. An example proves that the presented methodologies are effective.
