摘要:

为研究空气螺杆钻具结构参数与其工作效率及使用寿命的关系,建立了空气螺杆钻具一个导程的非线性动力学模型。采用橡胶Mooney-Rivlin双参数模型,考虑橡胶衬套材料非线性、内压及转子惯性对橡胶衬套的作用,对空气螺杆钻具进行了动力学仿真。研究了过盈量、偏心距变化对空气螺杆钻具定子衬套应力应变和摩擦阻力矩的影响。结果表明,过盈量和偏心距的变化对空气螺杆钻具摩擦阻力矩及定子衬套所受应力应变均有影响,而过盈量变化的影响作用更加明显,合理调整过盈量和偏心距可以提高空气螺杆钻具的工作效率和使用寿命。

Abstract:

In order to study the relation between structural parameters and work efficiency or useful time, a nonlinear dynamics model of a load was presented for air drilling motor. The dynamics simulation was carried out using double parameter Mooney-Rivlin model, and the effects of interference fit and eccentricity changes on the stator rubber lining's stress, strain and friction torque were studied with the consideration of the material nonlinearity, pressure and inertia effect of the rotor on the rubber lining. The results indicate that, the changes of interference fit and eccentricity affect the friction torque of air drilling motor and stator rubber lining's stress and strain, and the effect of interference fit's change is more obvious. Adjusting the interference fit and eccentricity can increase the work efficiency and useful time of the air drilling motor.
