整体叶盘多通道电解加工工具运动轨迹及加工参数分析

摘要:

整体叶盘扭曲叶片型面加工至设计要求之前,毛坯的叶间通道加工是不可缺少的工艺。针对整体叶盘多通道电解加工三轴运动的特点,先将叶片理论型面的参数转换成整体叶盘的叶间通道的参数,再利用最小二乘法生成通道型面的拟合直线,进一步确定管状工具的运动位置。工具的运动轨迹是三轴组合运动的结果,根据工具的运动状态逆向推算即可获取联动三轴各自的加工参数。最后在整体叶盘多通道电解加工机床上开展试验研究。试验表明,运行上述参数可以加工出符合要求的叶间通道。

Abstract:

The machining of tunnels is essential in the whole process of blisk manufacturing.A series of steps were followed aiming at improving the distribution uniformity of surface allowance. First, the original blade dates converted into the tunnel surfaces and the distorted surfaces were fitted with ruled lines through least square method.Then the movement path of cathode was obtained, which lead to the motion parameters of ECM in multi-tunnel of the blisk. Finally, an application example was given to verify the above-mentioned method. Results indicate that the tunnels manufactured by this method are up to standard.
