摘要：

目前,对于设备维修历史的管理缺乏层次性与系统性,导致在大量维修文档中查询设备维修记录困难,同时导致设备维修历史记录缺失。以维修状态项和维修状态为记录设备维修过程的元数据,以维修状态BOM为设备维修状态看板与管理工具,基于维修状态BOM中每个维修状态项的维修状态演化表记录设备维修状态,从而能够系统性记录与管理设备维修历史。最后以碳酸制瓶机的维修状态管理为案例阐释了研究思路。

Abstract:

At present,the management for equipment maintenance history were devoid of administrative levels and systematic,it was difficult to found the specific maintenance records in lots of maintenance documents

as well as the equipment maintenance history records were missed. So the maintenance

status items and maintenance status were put forward as meta-data to record equipment maintenance process,BOM for maintenance status was constituted as the signboard and administrative tools of equipment maintenance status,the equipment maintenance

status was recorded and administered via the evolvement table of maintenance status

for each maintenance status items in BOM for maintenance status,then systematic record and management for equipment maintenance history was achieved.At last,the example of management for equipment maintenance status of plastic blowing modeling equipment was adopted to set forth above-mentioned. 
