Chaotic Transfer State Space Model of Quality Characteristics Variation for Complex Products

摘要:

针对复杂产品质量系统非线性耦合状态下的质量特性波动传递与控制问题,提出了质量特性波动混沌传递模式,分析了质量特性非线性混沌特性以及复杂质量系统结构参数进入混沌区域的临界点,建立了产品质量特性波动传递混沌状态空间计算模型,给出了复杂产品装配过程质量特性波动传递的实例建模。最后,结合项目实施,以零传动滚齿机装配过程质量特性波动传递为例,证明了提出的理论与计算模型的有效性。 

Abstract:

Aiming at transfer and control of quality characteristics variation for complex products, a chaotic-fractal transfer pattern was established in nonlinear coupling quality systems. Evolution rules of quality characteristics variation were put forward under analyzing nonlinear and chaotic characteristics of quality characteristics and deciding region of chaotic critical spot on structure parameters of complex quality system was discussed. Chaotic state-space mathematical model of quality characteristics variation transfer was conducted and a calculation model example for complex product assembly process was given. Finally, an instance related with the project on the direct-drive gear hobbing machine was given to prove that the proposed theories and model can solve quality characteristics variation transfer problem effectively.
