摘要:

近年来自动化资料搜集技术为配合科技发展的需求已从有线阶段发展成为无线阶段,资料载体的应用也从条码延伸到无线射频识别(RFID)标签,其目的是能更安全、大量、快速地存取资料。基于此,构建了一套无线射频识别(RFID)计算机化模具管理系统,采用该系统可随时掌握模具的动向及其相关数据,通过该系统可有效改善对射出成形车间模具的管理,提升模具的使用率。

Abstract:

In recent years,mold making industry tends to increasingly fierce competition,fast and correct information will be needed to collect in real-time.Recently,automated data collection technology to meet the demands from wired into wireless mobile technology, the application of the data carrier from barcode extends to RFID, a view to safer, large, fast access to data. This research brought up a RFID
computerized mold management system, it can control the trend and information of the molds, and improve the management of the molds and utility rate of the molds.
