摘要:

通过分析随机载荷的统计特征,得到机械零件及系统的可靠度模型。提出载荷的二维分布:横向分布和纵向分布,并分别建立了基于载荷两种分布的可靠度计算模型。基于载荷纵向分布的可靠度模型需要已知每个时刻的载荷分布函数,同时由于样本数量的限制,使得该种方法无法得到实际应用。基于载荷横向分布的可靠度模型则可以直接通过样本进行计算,通过分析两种分布之间的关系说明了基于载荷横向分布模型的合理性。此外,利用基于载荷横向分布模型建立了考虑共因失效时系统的可靠度计算模型。

Abstract:

By analyzing the statistical properties of random loading,the reliability models of components and systems were developed.Two-dimensional distribution of loading was proposed,including transverse distribution and longitudinal distribution, and reliability models were derived under the two distributions respectively.When using reliability models based on longitudinal distribution of loading,the distribution function of loading at any time is needed.Because of the limit of sample size,the reliability model based on longitudinal distribution of loading cannot be used in practical.The reliability model based on transverse distribution of loading can use the samples directly.By analyzing the relationship between the two distributions, the rationality of reliability models based on transverse distribution of loading is shown.In addition,models of system reliability that are based on transverse distribution of loading were established considering common cause failure.
