摘要:

基于间断切削过程动力学行为,提出了间断切削的二维稳定性分析模型,分析了间断切削过程在不动点处失稳后发生的分岔。通过相图和迭代解分析了发生Second Hopf和flip分岔前后系统的动力学行为。发生Second Hopf分岔的前后,系统的解由渐进稳定到经分岔后渐进发散不稳定,越靠近分岔值,系统的迭代解越是缓慢渐进收敛或发散;发生flip分岔的前后,系统的解由“跳跃”稳定到经分岔后“跳跃”发散不稳定,越靠近分岔值,系统的迭代解越是缓慢“跳跃”收敛或发散;对一维和二维稳定性分析模型进行仿真对比,通过试验验证了二维稳定性分析模型的可靠性。

Abstract:

A two-dimensional stability analysis model based on the intermittent cutting dynamics was proposed to analyze the bifurcation occurred at a fixed point after losing the stability. The system’s dynamics behavior around the Second Hopf and flip bifurcations was described by the iterative solutions and phase diagrams. Before and after the
Second Hopf bifurcation occurs, the system solution is gone through symptotically
stable to unstable after the bifurcation, the more close to the bifurcation value, the iterative solutions of the system more slowly progressive convergence or divergence.Before and after the flip bifurcation occurs, the system solution is a “jump” stability through bifurcation after “jumping” divergence instability, the more close to the bifurcation value, the iterative solutions of the system more slowly “jump” convergence or divergence;Simulation comparion of one and two dimensional stability analysis models was shown and the experimental verification for the two dimensional model proves the model reliability.
