摘要:

针对永磁同步电动机驱动液压系统中参数易变、滞后、负载扰动等非线性因素造成的系统性能下降的问题,采用负载观测器、模型跟踪控制两种干扰抑制策略分别对干扰进行估计,补偿扰动对系统的影响。仿真和实验结果表明,模型跟踪控制动态响应时间短,动态速降小,抗扰能力强,具有良好的稳态鲁棒性,跟踪控制精度高。

Abstract:

In a permanent synchronous motor driving hydraulic system,the nonlinear factors such as parameter variations,hysteresis and load disturbance etc. lead to the system performance decrease.The load observer and model following control strategy were adopted respectively to estimate the interference and compensate for the disturbance impact on the system. Simulation and experimental results show the dynamic response time is short, dynamic speed drop is small, and anti-interference performance is enhanced by adopting model following control and it has better steady-state robustness and higher tracking control precision.
