摘要：

应用GO法对产品装配过程质量进行分析,装配过程质量的正常概率可以直接由GO法进行计算。该方法以装配过程中的各道工步为研究对象，通过分析各道工步之间的关系，建立了产品装配过程的一般框架图。以齿轮油泵装配过程为例，建立了齿轮油泵装配过程的GO图模型，进行了装配过程质量正常概率的计算。结果表明，GO法在装配过程质量分析中的应用是简便的、有效的。

Abstract:

The paper presented the application of GO methodology analysis of product assembly process quality.By using this method, the normal probability of assembly process quality can be calculated directly from the GO method.In this method,assembly process was the object,multi-channel and multi-Doko-step process of the assembly process was analyzed,then the assembly process model diagram was established.An example of gear oil pump was provided to calculate the normal probability.The results show that the GO methodology is simple and useful in the analysis of assembly process quality. 
