摘要:

工程陶瓷材料具有优良的综合性能,加工损伤和本征缺陷临界尺寸很小,对坯料和制品进行无损检测是保证质量和可靠性的重要措施。根据研究和应用现状对工程陶瓷材料表面/亚表面及内部缺陷检测技术进行综述。介绍了常规的液体渗透检测、超声检测和射线检测技术,对几种非常具有发展潜力的无损检测方法进行了阐述和评价。适用于工程陶瓷材料的无损检测方法有很多,但受当前经济和技术条件制约,高效、可靠和智能化的缺陷检测技术仍需重点突破。

Abstract:

The engineering ceramics have eminent comprehensive performances, and very small critical size of processing damages or intrinsic defects. Therefore,
it is a necessary action of carrying out NDT upon ceramic blanks and products in order to ensure their quality and reliability. Some surface/sub-surface defects and inner defects detection technologies of engineering ceramics were summarized according to their current situation of research and application.And several potential NDT technologies were elaborated and reviewed except conventional penetrant testing,ultrasonic testing and
radiographic testing.There are many appropriate NDT technologies for engineering ceramics.
However,high efficiency, reliability and intelligent detection methods are needed for current economic and technical conditions.
